Comparative Studies

In vivo studies have been performed to compare the therapeutic efficacy of PDS0101 with leading adjuvants Complete Freund’s Adjuvant (CFA) and CpG ODN1826. Statistically superior anti-tumor efficacy is observed with PDS0101.

PDS0101 was compared with PDS’s first generation cationic lipid-DNA complexes which contained DNA as an adjuvant, and therapeutic efficacy shown to be identical.
